A Bathroom to Grow Into in Rocky River, OH

Designer: Sean Carter, ASID Allied

A celebration of color, pattern, and youthful sophistication, this vibrant children's bathroom was thoughtfully designed by Sean to evolve alongside its young occupants. Inspired by the art of color blocking and bold geometric patterns, the space strikes a balance between playful expression and timeless contemporary design. A striking black-and-white tiled vanity wall creates a graphic backdrop, while a colorful statement tile installation in the shower introduces an unexpected artistic element. Soft mint green ceiling accents, vibrant turquoise detailing, and coral stripes bring energy and personality to the space. A natural wood double vanity, sleek black fixtures, and refined finishes ground the design with warmth and sophistication. The result is a spirited yet elevated retreat that embraces the joy of childhood without sacrificing the enduring style and functionality needed to grow with its occupants.
