The Historic Home in Medina, OH
Designer: Sean Carter, ASID Allied
Five years in the making, this 1890 historic home is a testament to the beauty of thoughtful design, timeless craftsmanship, and the art of creating a home that feels deeply personal.
Designed by Sean, the project is rooted in traditional design and layered with collected antiques, rich color, intricate architectural details, and luxurious finishes. Each space strikes a balance between honoring the home's history and reflecting the individuality of its owners. From statement-making lighting and ornate millwork to the expressive use of color and thoughtfully curated materials, every detail was considered to create a home that feels both storied and refreshingly personal.
A labor of love years in the making, this project celebrates the enduring beauty of traditional interiors while embracing the character, collections, and passions of the people who call it home.
