Crisp, Clean and Serene in Bay Village, OH

Having lived in their lake front Condo for over 20 years and wanting a complete renovation of their existing spaces, our clients reached out to Sapphire Pear to give them a bright design with clean lines that worked with their contemporary art collection. Barrie and Sean designed a new Kitchen using the existing foot print of the space, but solved the flow and storage space issues. The Primary Bathroom was reconfigured to capitalize on the lake views and improve lighting. The remaining areas were freshened up with new backgrounds, flooring, and coverings.
